The programme provides practical skills training, mentorship and access to professional equipment, giving students the tools they need to build a future in the beauty industry.

As an Ambassador for Education For Life, Ezra Isaacs dedicates her time and expertise to teaching hairdressing to young people who might not otherwise have access to professional training. She shares not only technical skills but also the confidence, discipline and creative thinking that come from five decades in the industry.
Her involvement goes beyond the classroom. Ezra helps source equipment and products through generous donors, mentors students as they develop their craft, and creates a supportive environment where young people can discover what they are capable of. For Ezra, this work represents one of the most meaningful parts of her career.
After a lifetime of learning, one of my greatest privileges is sharing what I know. Teaching reminds me that every skill passed forward has the potential to become someone else's beginning.
