I heard about Ezra while attending an Intercoiffure event in Switzerland. I knew I had to meet her and see this "school" she was running! A few short years later I met Ezra when I volunteered at EFL SA in 2023. My first impression was she was welcoming and grateful to have me in her classroom. She was ready to throw me into the system she created. Over the course of my stay I learned of her commitment and her biting wit! She is a very encouraging person and I saw the deep respect and commitment from her students. Ezra gave me the grand tour of her Ottery salon and allowed me to speak with staff, and even encouraged staff to ask me for feedback on their upcoming participation in the Intercoiffure Congress being held in a few days! I am Hayley Mary Van Leeve, with 39 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. About a year ago, we attended a facilitator's course together, and I remember saying to her, "Ezra, you're not giving up!"
