The organisation serves as a bridge between South African talent and the global hairdressing community, fostering artistic excellence, professional development and international collaboration.
Through education, competitions, fashion events and industry leadership, Intercoiffure South Africa works to elevate the standards of the profession while creating opportunities for South African stylists to showcase their craft on the world stage.
Ezra Isaacs has served Intercoiffure South Africa at the highest level. She served as Vice President from 2011 to 2015, was elected President from 2016 to 2019, and currently serves again as Vice President. Her leadership has been instrumental in elevating the artistic direction and professional standards of the South African chapter.
During her presidency, Ezra championed initiatives that connected South African talent with international platforms, supported education and mentorship programmes, and strengthened the organisation's role as a national voice for the hairdressing profession. Her ongoing leadership continues to shape the future of the industry in South Africa.
